Human Resource Management

It is a study program that combines scientific knowledge and practices to identify the best qualities of employees and use them for the success of the organization. During the studies, it is used how to attract, analyze and retain talents, shape the organizational culture, create motivation and reward management systems, prepare and implement a resource strategy, master the exercises of labor law. The study program responds to the latest trends in solving issues of artificial intelligence application in organizations and employee management and in mastering human resources data analytics tools.

The studies analyse how to attract, reveal, and retain talent. How to form an organisational culture, create motivation, and reward the management systems. It also addresses the application of artificial intelligence into the management of organisations and employees, touching upon ethical and social responsibility aspects.

The indicated tuition fee is applied to 2024-2025 academic year.
