Today, we cannot imagine any successful business or popular product without the work of creative and insightful managers. They have knowledge of management and abilities to identify and analyse the processes and perform company management.

At KTU Panevėžys Faculty of Technologies and Business, you can acquire 3-year university education in management in two options of specialities:

  • Sales Management (e-commerce, management of customer relationships, sales management, negotiation strategies);
  • Quality Management (management of business processes, value-creation chains, quality management system, quality management in production).

Studies in the evenings and on weekends. Studies at Panevėžys Faculty of Technologies and Business make it easy to combine your work with lectures because they are provided in the evening and on weekends.

Entry requirements

Minimum requirements

IELTS ≥5.5, TOEFL ≥75, CEFR ≥B2, or equivalent

High school certificate

Maximum 3 years after high school graduation is eligible.

Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.

The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Russian.

The documents must be legalised (Apostille) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the documents were issued. This requirement does not apply for the documents issued in the EU and Belarus, Ukraine.

Subjects of the study programme by semesters

Skills

• Analysis of business environment and strategic thinking;
• Management and decision making (organizational design, accounting and finance management, management control, sustainable development, ect.);
• Managing human resources (conflict management, talent development, teamworking and negotiations, managing legal aspects of labour, etc.);
• Marketing and market analysis.

The specialised skills are obtained in the specializations “Sales Management” or “Quality Management”. The Programme enables to individualize study content by choosing between product development project based on innovation , entrepreneurship and teamworking skills or BA+ competence „Digitalization in production“ which helps to acquires the knowledge and skills in analysing digital data of production processes and operations.


 

 

Values

Shorter in duration but equal in quality

You will acquire the Bachelor’s degree in Management in 3 years or 4.5 years if you choose part-time studies.
Even though the duration of studies is shorter, it does not reflect on quality – the more intense studies will provide the same required knowledge and skills.

 

Widely applicable skills

The acquired theoretical knowledge, research and product development experience will allow working at various organisations after graduation. You will be able to work with engineers, think critically and creatively and make the right decisions.

Communication with entrepreneurs

At the end of your studies, you will face the representatives of real companies. They will submit the topics for your final degree projects. Your communication will begin during the studies – KTU social partners participate in the process of improvement of the university’s studies and internships; their active advice helps the students to make an informed choice of their career path.

You may become

Sales manager or project manager

This work includes the analysis of the customer needs and prompt response to them: communication, consulting, preparation of commercial offers or contracts. Besides, you will supervise the entire process of sales; while working for larger companies, you will face the development of sales in foreign markets, representation at the international fairs or negotiations.

Product development manager

These management specialists create, develop new products and introduce them in production. They do this while developing and testing innovations. New production is inextricably linked to constant communication with colleagues from other departments searching for solutions in the creation of the added value for customers.

Product group manager

These management specialists are responsible for the entire groups of products – they develop the sales strategy, pricing and attractive product range. To perform such work, it is important to be interested in your competitors, national and international markets, analyse the needs of your customers, communicate with scientific institutions, maintain good relationships with suppliers and assure good annual results.

Quality manager

These people are the protectors of quality. They improve all the operational processes of the company by collecting and analysing data and providing comprehensive and reliable conclusions. Moreover, they prepare audits, quality requirements and initiate the correction of various mistakes.
