My career started to change before I even finished my Master’s degree – in my last semestre I became a Sustainability Manager at a specialised bank, and so began my journey in sustainability. The biggest challenge was the distance between my studies and my place of residence – I was living in Vilnius and my lectures were in Kaunas, but they took place after working hours and on weekends, which made it easier to combine these activities.
