Another angle of the “Young-Lab” auditorium shows a space where modern design, flexible layout, and functionality meet – ideal for everything from group work to creative academic projects. It reflects KTU’s commitment to delivering a holistic study experience.
Inspiring learning environment

Lectures will be given by experienced teachers, and practical skills will be developed by business professionals. You will apply the gained by simulating real company processes in the newly equipped DigiLab digital manufacturing laboratory. 

Students from KTU’s GIFTed program tackle real-world challenges using the mind map method – this is a space for high-potential youth to collaborate, think creatively, and lead with purpose.
Real-world cases

The programme is distinguished by its innovative teaching methods challenge-based learning, simulations and projects. You will learn how to integrate the latest technologies for business development. During your studies, you can spend up to 1 year in advanced Lithuanian or international companies, gaining real work experience.

New Freedom to shape your path

During your studies, you will have the opportunity to go on Erasmus+ part-time study and participate in mixed intensive programmes (Erasmus+ CIPs). You can also get involved in a Product Development Project where you will develop real products and services.

A data guru, able to collect, organise, process, visualise and provide insights to improve performance
The programme provides knowledge of the opportunities and challenges of digital technologies and develops the skills to apply them effectively in marketing, finance, process management, sales, production or service delivery. You will learn how to successfully manage and implement digitalisation projects and how to work in multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and competitive solutions. You will be able to implement digital transformations in organisations.

Business Analyst

Analyses the organisation’s processes, data and systems to identify problems and opportunities for operational improvement. Develops proposals for process improvement solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams. Develops requirements for new systems or solutions and oversees their implementation.

Digitisation Project Manager

Initiates, plans and implements projects to digitise the organisation’s processes. Responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification. Collaborates with all project stakeholders, managing risk and quality of digitisation projects.

Digital Transformation Specialist

Coordinates the organisation’s transition to new technologies and digital solutions. Analyses existing processes, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements technological innovations. Develops strategies and solutions to help the organisation adapt to digital transformation in collaboration with other business units.

No, you don’t need to know Lithuanian to study in Lithuania. Many universities, including KTU, offer programmes in English for international students. However, learning some basic Lithuanian can be really helpful—it’ll make it easier to connect with locals and experience the culture more fully.

After completing Business Digitalisation Management studies, you can pursue a variety of career opportunities, including roles as a digital transformation manager, IT project manager, data analyst, process optimization specialist, or business analyst.
